The story of Rêve Serein began with a simple realization: great sleep is the cornerstone of both recovery and overall well-being. Our founders, who were passionate about sports and fitness, noticed a common struggle among athletes and active individuals—while they worked hard to push their limits during the day, they weren’t giving their bodies the quality rest they needed to recover fully at night. On top of that, many people—athletes or not—struggled with back pain that kept them from getting the restorative sleep their bodies craved.
